العدل والمساواة تنفي إقرار وثيقة للسلام في دارفور في مؤتمر أهل المصلحة

نفت حركة العدل والمساواة ما تردد بشأن إقرار وثيقة سلام في مؤتمر أهل المصلحة الذي عقد مؤخراً في الدوحة وقال الناطق الرسمي للحركة "جبريل أدم بلال" في إتصال هاتفي من الدوحة لـ " أفريقيا اليوم" أن المؤتمر كان للتشاور والتفاكر بين أطراف النزاع في الإقليم، وفئات المجتمع المدني في دارفور، وتمت مناقشة موضوعات عامة تعتبر عناوين مواضيع تفاوضية دونما تفاصيل.
وأضاف : لا يعقل أن يكون مؤتمرا لأكثر من 500 شخص يتمكن من مناقشة وإقرار تفاصيل قضية شائكة بحجم الازمة السودانية في دارفور في خمسة ايام، وتابع : كل الذي حدث أن هناك موضوعات عامة تم عرضها في المؤتمر وتم تداولها بالنقاش من قبل أطراف النزاع والمشاركين في المؤتمر، وكل أدلي بدلوه في المؤتمر وشرح موقفه ودافع عنه، ولكن ليس هناك أي إقرار لمواقف الأطراف في المؤتمر من قبل المؤتمرين ، " وإن كانت الحكومة حشدت لهذا الغرض ولكنها لم تتمكن من تمرير أجندتها "
وأوضح أن المؤتمر شهد طرح رؤى متباينة للأطراف لأن كل طرف تمسك برأيه ولذلك كانت المخرجات نتاج رؤى متباينه للأطراف، وقال كنا نعتقد وفقاً للمخرجات والتوصيات أن الوساطة سوف تقوم بوضع توصيات ومخرجات المؤتمر للتفاوض والحوار بين الأطراف لأن المؤتمر أوصى بذلك، وأوصى بأن تشكل مخرجات المؤتمر أساساً للحوار وليس وثيقة للتوقيع، وإستدرك قائلاً ولكن بدت الصورة غير صحيحة كما ينبغي أن تكون مؤكدا أن أي محاولة للحديث حول إقرار الوثيقة في المؤتمر يجانبها الحقيقه، لافتا إلي أن العديد من المشاركين من النازحين واللاجئين وفئات المجتمع المدني الذين شاركوا في المؤتمر لم يقرأوا الوئيقة التي يتحدث عنها بعض الأطراف ولم يناقشوها في المؤتمر كوئيقة ولم يعتمدوها، منوها أن المؤتمر نفسه توقف في اليوم الثالث بسبب الحديث عن الوثيقة، وكان المشاركون قد رفضوا الدخول إلى قاعة المؤتمر عندما علموا من بعض الأطراف أن الوثيقة سوف تعرض مما دفع الوساطة لمخاطبة الحشود المتجمهرة خارج القاعة بأنه ليس هناك أي وثيقة تناقش في المؤتمر، وقال لا مجال للحديث بلسان من رفض مناقشة الوثيقة في المؤتمر بأنه قد أجازها، ومثل هذا الحديث متوقع من الحكومة ولكن لا نقبله من الوساطة.
وأضاف الناطق الرسمي لحركة العدل والمساواة أن الوثيقة التي يتحدثون عنها عرضت في نهاية أبريل الماضي، ورفضتها الحركة لأنها ليست شاملة في الموضوعات التيعالجتها ولا في الأطراف التي توافق عليها، ولم تخاطب جذور المشكلة، ولذلك حددنا موقفاً واضحاً منها، وإتجهنا لمؤتمر أهل المصلحة الذي نعتقد أن مخرجاته أكبر من الوثيقة، ويمكن ان تشكل اساسا للحوار، مطالبا الذين يريدون التوقيع على هذه الوثيقة بعدم الإقبال عليها لأنها لن تأتي بالسلام للإقليم، وقال إن الذين يريدون التوقيع مع الحكومة يجب أن يتفهموا أن مطالب أهلهم ليست مدرجة في الوثيقة وأن المطالب ليست نائباً للبشير من دارفور، ولا هي من مطالب الشعب وليس موضع تفكير حركة العدل والمساواة.
