الخرطوم 'القدس العربي' ـ من كمال حسن بخيت: يغادر وفد من حركة العدل والمساواة اليوم الى الدوحة برئاسة محمد بحر نائب رئيس الحركة وأحمد حسين المتحدث باسم الحركة وأحمد تقد لسان كبير المفاوضين وجبريل آدم بلال وبشارة سليمان للتشاور مع الوساطة المشتركة.
وقال أحمد في تصريحات صحافية أمس، إن الوفد سيناقش مع الوساطة - ما أسماه - إصلاح منبر الدوحة والقضايا الخاصة بترتيبات إجراء اللقاءات التشاورية مع قيادة الحركة في الميدان وضمان حرية تحرك د. خليل إبراهيم رئيس الحركة. وأضاف حسين بأن حركته غير ملزمة بأي آجال زمنية لمفاوضات الدوحة الجارية بين الحكومة وحركة التحرير والعدالة، واتهم الحكومة بأنها تنتهج خيار الحل العسكري.
الى ذلك حَذّر مني أركو مناوي رئيس حركة تحرير السودان من المساس بقواته في دارفور، وقال مخاطباً مؤتمراً صحافياً أمس بدار الحركة عبر الهاتف، إنّ هذه القوات موجودة في دارفور منذ عشر سنوات ولا يستطيع أحد طردها، وتَابع: انّ الترتيبات الأمنية مسؤولية قومية، وحمّل مناوي المؤتمر الوطني مسؤولية انهيار اتفاقية أبوجا، وقال إنهم يتعاملون مع الاتفاقية بثلاثة إتجاهات الأول ما نُفذ منها، والثاني المفاوضات في الدوحة، والأخير محفوظ في الأدراج للتفاوض مع د. خليل وعبد الواحد، وأكد مناوي تمسكه بالاتفاقية، وأشار في رده على أسئلة الصحافيين إلى استعدادهم لحل أزمة دارفور، وقال: لسنا متخندقين في أبوجا ونريد حل المشكلة، ووصف ما يحدث في الدوحة بمناورات وليس مفاوضات، ودافع مناوي بشدة عن وجوده في جوبا، وقال إن السودان ما زال وطناً واحداً وليس هناك فرق بين جوبا والفاشر والخرطوم، وهَاجَم المجموعة التي انشقت عن الحركة أخيراً برئاسة علي حسين دوسة، واوضح أنّها خُطة من المؤتمر الوطني، وقال الذين نفذوها عليهم إعلان إنضمامهم للوطني. ونفى مناوي أن تكون الحركة الشعبية توسطت بينه والحكومة، وقال إنّ الحكومة في الجنوب لديها الآن قَضاياها الداخلية، خاصةً الاستفتاء، وتابع: نحن لا نحتاج لوساطة، وقال إن المؤتمر الوطني ألغى آليات تنفيذ الاتفاقية بما فيها كبير المساعدين ولم تضمن الاتفاقية في الدستور.
