American dirottato in Sudan, affermando che era detenuto in cattive condizioni

Ha detto un ostaggio americano rapito da uomini armati chiedono un riscatto per il 18 maggio nel Darfur, in una intervista telefonica con l'Agence France-Presse il Lunedi che le circostanze del suo rapimento male e la sua vita in pericolo.

اخبار محلية: اميركية مخطوفة في السودان تؤكد انها محتجزة في ظروف سيئة

قالت رهينة اميركية اختطفها مسلحون يطالبون بفدية في 18 ايار/مايو في دارفور، في اتصال هاتفي مع وكالة فرانس برس الاثنين ان ظروف اختطافها سيئة وحياتها مهددة.
وقالت المراة التي تعمل مع منظمة ساماريتانز بيرس الاميركية "في البدء كنت القى معاملة حسنة، اما الان فاشعر باني مهددة. انا لا احصل على مياه للشرب. لقد انقلب الوضع فجأة الى كابوس .. حولي الان عشرون رجلا".
وطلبت المنظمة عدم ذكر اسم المرأة، وهي اول امرأة غربية تحتجز وحدها في دارفور، وقد طلب خاطفوها فدية كبيرة للافراج عنها.
وقال احد الخاطفين وقد قدم نفسه باسم ابو محمد الزرقي لفرانس برس ان مباحثات تجري مع الحكومة السودانية.
وتشهد دارفور حربا اهلية منذ 2003 ادت الى مقتل 300 الف شخص بحسب تقديرات الامم المتحدة، و10 الاف بحسب الخرطوم، ونزوح 2,7 ملايين.
ومنذ اذار/مارس 2009 شهدت المنطقة عمليات خطف استهدفت 17 اجنبيا افرج عنهم جميعا سالمين ما عدا ثلاثة لا يزالون محتجزين هم موظفان في منظمة "تي اتش دبليو" الالمانية والاميركية التي اختطفت في قرية ابو عجورة، في جنوب دارفور.
وتعمل منظمة ساماريتانز بيرس على توفير مياه الشرب لصغار المزارعين في دارفور.
وتتهم السلطات السودانية خاطفي الرهائن بانهم من "اللصوص"، لكن مراقبين يقولون ان عمليات الخطف تنفذها مجموعات على ارتباط بالقبائل العربية التي حاربت الى جانب القوات السودانية ضد المتمردين في دارفور.
ودعا وزير الشؤون الافريقية البريطاني هنري بلنغهام الذي يزور الخرطوم السلطات السودانية الى القبض على الخاطفين واحالتهم الى العدالة.
وقال للصحافيين "لو راى المجتمع الدولي ان الحكومة السودانية تتعامل بجدية مع اعمال الخطف عندها سيتحسن موقف الحكومة السودانية في نظر المجتمع الدولي".
