الوسيط القطري يعلن استئناف مفاوضات السلام حول دارفور



الدوحة ـ العرب أونلاين ـ أعلن الوسيط القطري لمباحثات السلام في اقليم دارفور شرق السودان الاحد ان هذه المباحثات "ستستأنف في الدوحة في الاسبوع الاخير من الشهر الحالي".

وقال احمد بن عبدالله آل محمود وزير الدولة للشؤون الخارجية القطري في تصريح صحافي ادلى به بعد اجتماع عقده مساء الاحد مع رئيس وفد الحكومة السودانية المفاوض امين حسن عمر، وممثل عن حركة التحرير والعدالة، والوسيط الدولي جبريل باسولي "سيتم توجيه الدعوات إلى حركتي العدل والمساواة والتحرير والعدالة للعودة إلى المفاوضات مع الحكومة السودانية".

واضاف الوسيط القطري "لقد ابلغت حركة التحرير والعدالة الوساطة جاهزيتها للعودة إلى المفاوضات، ونحن لم نبلغ رسميا من حركة العدل والمساواة رفضها العودة إلى المفاوضات مع الحكومة في الدوحة او نيتها لتغيير منبر السلام".

وكان مصطفى عثمان اسماعيل مستشار الرئيس السوداني عمر البشير دعا الاحد رئيس حركة العدل والمساواة خليل ابراهيم الى العودة الى مائدة التفاوض في الدوحة، محذرا من انه اذا رفض فان الحكومة السودانية قادرة على احلال الامن في الاقليم.

وكانت حركة العدل والمساواة اعلنت تجميد مشاركتها في مفاوضات الدوحة مطلع ايار/ مايو ولوحت بالانسحاب منها لاحقا بعد استيلاء القوات الحكومية على جبل مون المعقل الاستراتيجي للحركة غرب دارفور.

يذكر ان المفاوضات بين الحكومة السودانية والحركات الدارفورية المتمردة كانت علقت في العاشر من نيسان/ابريل للتفرغ للانتخابات السودانية.

وعن مشاركة حركة العدل والمساواة قال الوسيط القطري "رحبنا بهم سابقا وسنرحب بهم الآن وسنسعى لإقناعهم بالعودة إلى طاولة المفاوضات".

من جهته اعلن امين حسن عمر ان الجيش السوداني قام بالفعل بعمليات عسكرية ضد حركة العدل والمساواة في جبل مون ووصف هذه الحركة ب"الارهابية".

وقال "لا ننكر ان الجيش قام بعمليات ضد حركة العدل والمساواة بعد ان خرقت كل ما هو متفق عليه واعتدت على المدنيين وقتلت بعضهم وقطعت الطرق وتمددت على بعد مئات الكيلومترات من المواقع التي كانت فيها فكيف يمكن لدولة مسؤولة ان تسمح بهذا على اراضيها".

وتتبادل الحكومة السودانية وحركة العدل والمساواة الاتهامات بانتهاك اتفاق لوقف اطلاق النار وقعتاه في شباط/ فبراير الماضي في الدوحة.

وكان من المفترض ان يقود هذا الاتفاق الى اتفاق سلام دائم قبل الخامس عشر من اذار/ مارس لكن المهلة بقيت حبرا على ورق.
