القاهرة 17/5/2010(سونا) أكد الدكتور نافع على نافع مساعد رئيس الجمهورية نائب رئيس المؤتمر الوطني لشؤون الحزب حرص الحكومة على تحقيق وحدة السودان والسلام فى دارفور، وقال انه كان لابد من التشاور مع مصر لتوحيد جهود البلدين للوصول لهذه الغايات أضاف نافع فى مؤتمر صحفي بفندق سمير اميس القاهرة اليوم بأن قضية وحدة السودان هى اهم قضية تم الاجماع عليها وتتطلب حشد جهد سياسى ودبلوماسى محلي واقليمي ودولي لتحقيق ذلك الهدف، كما انه لابد من تبصير اهل السودان عامة واهل الجنوب خاصة بمحاسن الوحدة ومخاطر الانفصال ، وقال هذه حملة سودانية بحتة نريد لها ان تكون عالمية لتحقيق هذا الهدف، وهى حملة قوية تم فيها جهد واضح وعلمي ودقيق لمحاسن الوحدة ومخاطر الانفصال، وبتحقيق ذلك نكون قد قطعنا مراحل كبيرة فى تحقيق الوحدة ، ثم تأتى بعد ذلك الخطوات العملية فى تصويت اهل الجنوب ، وعندها نكون قد عملنا على تحقيق الهدف الأول، وكذلك هدف تحقيق الإرادة الحرة للجنوبيين لتحقيق رغبتهم والتصويت على أساس قناعتهم. وأوضح نافع ، أن التشاور مع المصريين كان حول كيفية تحقيق البرنامجين ، في الأجهزة التنفيذية والتشريعية فى كل من مصر والسودان قائلاً :نحن الآن في طور وضع الخطط التفصيلية على مستوى الحزبين وعلى المستوى الرسمي في البلدين ونطمح الى العمل على مستوى دول الإقليم وبشأن ملف دارفور أكد نافع، أن قضية دارفور قد اتضحت وأصبحت هناك رغبة قوية في السلام ليس لدى أهل دارفور فحسب بل عند كثيرين من الذين يحملون السلاح، والمجموعات التى تود التفاوض بقلب مفتوح للسلام ورغبة اكيدة فى تحقيقه ،وقال إن الحكومة السودانية راغبة في السلام بقوة، ولا يوجد خيار متاح الآن إلا خيار السلام ، ولايمكن ان تظل القضية مفتوحة هكذا ، فاذا اتحدت الارادة السودانية ووجدت الدعم الإقليمي والدولي لايكون هناك سبيل سوى السلام واضاف نافع، قائلا: ان ما ناقشناه مع المسئولين المصريين حول اتفاق الدوحة ،هو ان منبر الدوحة سيظل قناة السلام الوحيدة لحل قضية دارفور ، وأنه لابد أن يوضع فى الحسبان سقف زمنى محدد، ولا ينبغى ان تكون الفترة الزمنية مفتوحة ولا تترك لمزاج بعض الحركات وقياداتها ، ويجب أن يتم سلام دارفور قبل استفتاء تقرير مصير جنوب السودان فى يناير2011 وابان الدكتور نافع ان الوفد أجرى مباحثات خلال زيارته لمصر مع السيد عمرو موسى، الامين العام لجامعة الدول العربية، وكذلك اسرة الجامعة العربية ، كما التقى بالدكتور صفوت الشريف، الامين العام للحزب الوطنى المصرى، وعمر سليمان رئيس جهاز المخابرات المصرية موضحاً أن هذه اللقاءات قد اشتملت على مناقشة قضايا الساحة السودانية وبعد ذلك قام الدكتور مصطفى عثمان اسماعيل، مستشار رئيس الجمهورية بالرد على مداخلات وتساؤلات ممثلى اجهزة الاعلام المختلفة ،وحول موقف السودان من ملف مياه النيل والموقف الراهن لبعض دول الحوض ، قال اسماعيل: ان التنسيق بين مصر والسودان جارٍ على أفضل ما يكون بشأن ملف مياه النيل، وأن الموقفين متطابقان على الاعتراف بالاتفاقيات السابقة ، وما ترتب عليها من التزامات محددة،وأن تستعين كل دول حوض النيل باتفاقيات عام 1929 ، و1959 ، ومايترتب عليها من التزامات وفى رده على سؤال حول المذكرة التى قدمتها الحكومة السودانية باعتقال دكتور خليل ابراهيم، رئيس حركة العدل والمساواة ، قال اسماعيل: لقد شاركت الحكومة فى عدد من المبادرات لاحلال السلام باقليم دارفور بدءا من اتفاقية ابوجا ، وقد جاءت مبادرة الدوحة مؤخرا لوضع حل للأزمة، وفتح الرئيس البشير ذراعيه لخليل فى الدوحة بهدف الوصول للسلام كما قامت الحكومة باطلاق سراح نصف الذين تم أسرهم خلال غزو الخرطوم من الحركة ، وذلك بعد شعور الحكومة بضرورة الوصول لسلام ، رغم انهم عادوا للعمل المسلح مرة أخرى، ولكن تبدى موقف خليل ابراهيم دوماً فى رغبته فى التفاوض مع الحكومة منفردا، واضاف اسماعيل : بان مذكرة التوقيف بحق رئيس حركة العدل المساواة، ليست جديدة فهناك محكمة شكلت لمحاكمة غزاة امدرمان فى عام 2006 ، وطالبت بتوقيف خليل عن طريق الانتربول ولم تلغى هذه المطالبة بل جمدت لإعطاء فرصة للسلام.واضاف اسماعيل بان منبر الدوحة مازال مفتوحا وهو المنبر الوحيد المعترف به اقليميا ودولياً وبشأن الاحداث الاخيرة فى دارفور قال اسماعيل: ان ماحدث هو ان حركة العدل والمساواة قامت بالهجوم على قافلة مواد غذائية كانت تحميها قوات الشرطة ، مما أدى الى مقتل 27 من افراد الشرطة ، كما قامت بنهب القافلة واشار اسماعيل الى ان قوة شوكة حركة العدل والمساواة قد انكسرت بعد سيطرة الحكومة على جبل مون ، وقال: ان الحكومة لم تغلق منبر الدوحة ولكنها لن تنتظر لما لانهاية وعن اعتقال الدكتور حسن الترابى ، قال اسماعيل ماقيل عن اعتقال الترابى، نتيجة للتصريحات التى أدلى بها عن الانتخابات غير صحيح ولكن تم الاعتقال على حسب اجراءات قانون الصحافة والمطبوعات ، عندما أوردت جريدة رأى الشعب لسان حال حزب المؤتمر الشعبى، معلومات بأن الحرس الثوري الإيراني، يقوم بنقل أسلحة من الخرطوم الاستثمار المصري فى السودان من أكبر الاستثمارات حيث بلغ فى عام 2009 ، مبلغ 2مليار دولار، وبلغت تحويلات العمالة المصرية من السودان 30 مليون دولار شهريا ، يأتى معظمها من العمالة من المشروعات الزراعية
