Umm Diwaykarat 24 November 1899. The bodies of the Khalifa « Abdallahi left and the Amir Ahmed Fadil » displayed after the battle. When it had become clear that the day was lost, the Khalifa and his chief lieutants had knelt on their sheep skins and fearlessly met their deaths.
